NCC Swears In B.W. Collier as Police Officer

B.W. Collier has been sworn in as a part-time reserve officer with Nash Community College’s Police Department. Collier recently retired as the Director of North Carolina’s State Bureau of Investigation. HAAS Foundation Awards $15,000 in Scholarships
