He is originally from Zebulon and graduated from Bunn High School in 2003. Before attending Nash, Paul attended <\/span><span class=\"ImportedMention__mention___1L-Od\" spellcheck=\"false\"><span data-offset-key=\"2j3rr-3-0\">East Carolina University<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2j3rr-4-0\"> majoring in Criminal Justice and interning with the NC State Bureau of Investigation. He completed his bachelor&#8217;s degree in 2007. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-offset-key=\"2j3rr-4-0\">Shortly after, Paul enrolled in the NCC BLET Academy through the <\/span><span class=\"ImportedMention__mention___1L-Od\" spellcheck=\"false\"><span data-offset-key=\"2j3rr-5-0\">Rocky Mount Police Department<\/span><\/span><span data-offset-key=\"2j3rr-6-0\">, serving with RMPD for six years. Wanting to advance his education, in 2013, Paul enrolled in Law School at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. He completed an internship with the Duval County State Attorney\u2019s Office and Criminal Defense Clinic in Jacksonville.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-offset-key=\"2j3rr-6-0\">In 2017, Paul returned to North Carolina to practice law. Today he is employed by the Wake County District Attorney\u2019s Office as Assitant District Attorney. Paul represents the State of North Carolina in criminal offenses occurring in Wake County. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-offset-key=\"2j3rr-6-0\">He is an ECU football fan and enjoys spending time with his family.
