Chartered in 2017, the NCC SkillsUSA chapter helps students excel by providing educational programs, leadership opportunities, events and competitions that support career and technical education.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The following NCC students were recognized at the 2021 conference.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Dan Battle, Cosmetology student, won gold in the Barbering competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Aseal Fakhri Yousef, Cosmetology student, won gold in the Nailcare Post-Secondary competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Caleb Garcia, Computer Engineering Technology student, won gold in the Computer Programming competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Bo Wade, Computer Engineering Technology student, won gold in the Technical Computer Applications competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Cameron Rogerson, Electronics Engineering Technology student, won gold in the Electronics Technology competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Christopher Blanchard, Electronics Engineering Technology student, won silver in the Electronics Technology competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Bria Baker-Robinson, Cosmetology student, won silver in the Nailcare Post-Secondary competition.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Felicity Layton, Cosmetology student, won bronze in the Cosmetology Post-Secondary competition.<\/div>\n<p>Additionally, the College received the Total Participation Award and Gold Chapter of Distinction Award recognizing achievement related to the integration of the SkillsUSA Framework in chapter program of work activities.<\/p>\n<p>As a Total Participation Program, the College determines which curriculum programs\u00a0join the chapter allowing students to enjoy the benefits of the club without\u00a0having to burden the students with the cost of membership.
