The scholarship will be awarded in 2022 to a student enrolled in the NCC Hospitality Management program.<\/div>\n<p>The<span class=\"gmail_default\">\u00a0program&#8217;s\u00a0<\/span>curriculum prepares\u00a0<span class=\"gmail_default\">graduates<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"gmail_default\">with the<\/span>\u00a0practical skills needed for supervisory and managerial positions in hotels, restaurants<span class=\"gmail_default\">\u00a0and other hospitality institutions<\/span><span class=\"gmail_default\">\u00a0with coursework in<\/span>\u00a0guest services, leadership, management, restaurant operations, lodging operations, marketing,\u00a0<span class=\"gmail_default\">and other critical areas of study<\/span>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">Goat Island Bottle Shop opened as the first business of its kind in Rocky Mount in 2017.
