Nash Community College held a Basic Law Enforcement Training graduation ceremony on December 9, 2021 in Brown Auditorium.

\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Forty-five graduates were recognized from NCC’s past seven law enforcement training academies. Due to the pandemic, these graduates had not previously been honored at a ceremony.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
The following individuals\u00a0participated in rigorous physical and classroom state commission-mandated topics and methods of instruction covering topics related to legal, criminal, juvenile, civil, traffic, investigative, patrol, custody, court procedures, emergency responses, ethics, community relations and more during their respective twenty-one-week academies.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Upon successful\u00a0completion of all units of study, and the certification examination mandated by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission and the North Carolina Sheriffs\u2019 Education and Training Standards Commission, they met the requirements of graduation. Additionally, each graduate was either sponsored or hired by the agencies outlined below.<\/span><\/div>\n
