Green tomatoes, small and diced<\/p>\n<p>1 C Golden raisins<\/p>\n<p>1 C Onion, small and diced<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd \u00a0C Brown sugar, firmly packed<\/p>\n<p>3 -5 ea. Cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp. Salt<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bc C\u00a0 Cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp. Pickling Spices (cinnamon, cloves, coriander, brown mustard seeds, bay leaf, etc.) put in a sachet bag and tied off to pot handle<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp. Pepper flakes<\/p>\n<p>1 Tbsp. Ginger, fresh, grated fine<\/p>\n<p>1 ea. Cayenne pepper, small, seeds and all!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine all ingredients in a heavy kettle; bring to a boil.
