This basic principle along with the self-reflective question, \u201cIs your business known for these traits?\u201d are two of the components that attracted future and existing entrepreneurs to the \u201cDeveloping a Customer Service Plan for Your Business\u201d seminar held at the Nash Community College earlier this fall. Members of the surrounding community, as well as faculty, staff and students of the College attended to learn more about the subject from presenter, Tim Dannelly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">Dannelly grew up in coastal North Carolina and is experienced in many fields, such as management, sales, public relations, broadcast and entertainment. With three authored books credited to his name,\u00a0<i>Living the American Dream<\/i>,\u00a0<i>Forgotten Fundamentals of Effective Leadership<\/i>, and\u00a0<i>Selling the American Dream<\/i>, and service in Vietnam and the US Air Force, Dannelly advised the audience on customer service knowledge acquired through his life pursuits. Discussed topics informed those present on how to identify and provide what your market wants, steps to helping employees develop customer centered thinking, how to embolden employees faced with aggressive competition, ways to motivate employees to encourage return business and more. \u201cI found the presenter to be engaging, sharing elements of humor throughout the presentation. He really kept my attention,\u201d stated Felicia Bunn, Nash Community College Cosmetology student and seminar attendee. Bunn attended the seminar in hopes of gaining skills in customer service, skills she deems invaluable for a business she strives to establish and operate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #444444;\">\u201cCustomer service can make or break any size business.
