College\u00a0leaders plan to implement Kepner-Tregoe\u00a0strategies to improve\u00a0organizational management practices and improve efficiency and decision-making skills. The world renowned multinational management consulting and training services company offers business training and leadership development to assist in problem solving and decision-making processes. The training was part of the College&#8217;s ongoing faculty and staff professional development initiatives\u00a0which support\u00a0student success. Kepner-Tregoe&#8217;s research and methodology help organizational leaders collaborate and think clearly during planning processes and issue resolution.
