She studied Rhetoric and Composition while at East Carolina University and graduated with a Masters in School Administration from North Carolina State University.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to working on Nash\u2019s campus, Jennifer Sharpe was Assistant Principal at Rocky Mount High School and previously served in various other administrative and instructional capacities within Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools. Her career in education began in 1994.<\/p>\n<p>Sharpe is treasurer for the Nash-Rocky Mount Principals and Assistant Principals Association and is a member of the National Paideia Junior Faculty, National Council of Teachers of English, North Carolina English Teachers Association and Professional Educators of North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCompleting my first two years of college at NCC set me on my career path with a mission to serve my community, and set me up for success beyond my Associate in Arts degree,\u201d Sharpe said.
