The day is a\u00a0federal observance recognizing\u00a0the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. The students are\u00a0in their\u00a0final\u00a0year of the Early College High School,\u00a0a five-year high school located on Nash Community \u00a0College\u2019s campus. They\u00a0are taking a combination of high school and college courses and will\u00a0graduate with both a high school diploma and an Associate\u2019s Degree.
