Area businesses will also be on hand showcasing their products and services. This event is free and open to the public.Vendors and presenters may purchase one space for $25 or two spaces for $40. The Market Day will be a community festival, celebrating the season, and showcasing our talented Cosmetology students.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All event proceeds will support the NCC Artistic Designers Club, an organization for students enrolled in cosmetology courses at Nash Community College. The club encourages opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills and helps provide accountability in the cosmetology field.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur program is growing as we prepare to expand when we move into the new building, and this Market Day is just a sample of more community outreach events that are to come,\u201d Stephenson said. The new 10,000 square foot Cosmetology Building, scheduled to open next summer, will include instructional salon lab areas, academic classrooms, lab instructional areas for manicure and pedicure and general program support spaces.<\/p>\n<p>On weekdays the NCC salon is open to the public and provides a variety of services including cuts, color, hair treatments, nail services and skincare.
