The event featured seasonal fare, and a barrel-aged spirits tasting with a celebrity guest appearance by Lisa Prince, host of UNC-TV\u2019s \u201cFlavor, NC\u201d. Proceeds will equally benefit Debbie\u2019s Fund and the Nash Community College Culinary Arts program.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are overwhelmed by the response for this first\u00a0<span class=\"m_-9163189996233934794gmail-il\">Bounty<\/span>\u00a0&amp; Barrel event \u2013 an opportunity\u00a0<span class=\"il\">to<\/span>\u00a0bring our community together\u00a0<span class=\"il\">to<\/span>\u00a0sample the goodness of North Carolina, and our region, in one location,\u201d Bob Kornegay said.<\/p>\n<p>Debbie\u2019s Fund was established as a memorial tribute\u00a0<span class=\"il\">to<\/span>\u00a0Debbie Kornegay, her legacy, passion for cooking, ministry of service, and commitment\u00a0<span class=\"il\">to<\/span>\u00a0education, and has impacted many lives throughout North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>The event honored the life of Debbie Kornegay celebrating her service\u00a0<span class=\"il\">to<\/span>\u00a0others.
