The college is among 766 schools to make the 2019-2020 Military Friendly \u00ae Schools list. The prestigious list provides a comprehensive guide for veterans and sets the standard for higher education institutions to provide the best opportunities for veterans and their spouses.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Higher education institutions earning the Military Friendly \u00ae School designation are evaluated using public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey completed by the school.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
NCC was selected based on its survey scores and an assessment of the college\u2019s ability to meet thresholds for Student Retention, Graduation, Job Placement, Loan Repayment, Persistence (Degree Advancement or Transfer) and Loan Default Rates for all students and, specifically, for student veterans.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
The Military Friendly \u00ae Schools list is created each year based on extensive research\u00a0<\/span>using data from more than 8,800 schools nationwide, input from\u00a0<\/span>student veterans, and responses to the proprietary, data-driven Military Friendly\u00ae\u00a0<\/span>Schools survey from participating institutions.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
The survey questions, methodology, criteria, and weighting were developed with\u00a0<\/span>the assistance of an independent research firm and an advisory council of educators\u00a0<\/span>and employers.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
