Nash Community College President Dr. Bill Carver, center, distributed pocket-size copies of the United States Constitution to Nash-Rocky Mount Early College Super Seniors this week in celebration of Constitution Day Friday, September 16, 2016. The day is a federal observance recognizing the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. The students are in their final year of the Early College High School, a five-year high school located on Nash Community  College’s campus. They are taking a combination of high school and college courses and will graduate with both a high school diploma and an Associate’s Degree.
