NCC Launches Annual Community Fundraising Campaign

The Nash Community College Foundation Board of Directors kicked off its annual community fundraising campaign Tuesday, March 27. Funds raised during the campaign will support deserving students seeking help with their educational expenses and will also assist with instructional needs of the college.

Each year, many local individuals and organizations choose to support Nash Community College by contributing to the Nash Community College Foundation Annual Campaign. “The support the College has received so far is humbling. It is a testament that the community believes in the work we are doing to help provide a skilled local workforce and connect people with careers,” NCC Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Foundation Executive Director Pam Ballew said.

Nash Community College students help promote economic development vitality of the Nash/Rocky Mount region. The college is fortunate to have Frank Maynard, community advocate and friend of Nash Community College, to lead the 2018 NCC Foundation Campaign, and grateful to have the friendship of many generous donors who value its programs and services.

The campaign launched during the Foundation Board Meeting followed by the annual Donor Appreciation Reception also held Tuesday, March 27. Thank you to the three teams of Foundation Board Members for their hard work during the campaign.
