NCC Supports CITI High School Through Collaboration

NCC faculty, staff, administrators and members of the community attended the Center for Industry, Technology & Innovation High School (CITI) ribbon-cutting ceremony held Monday, July 16, 2018. CITI High is co-located at Rocky Mount Middle School, the former Rocky Mount High School site. The school is a collaborative endeavor between Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools and Nash Community College to prepare students for a number of high-skilled careers. The campus is also home to NCC’s Automotive classroom.

Students at CITI High School pursue two-year degrees in Automotive Systems Technology, Electrical Systems Technology, Supply Chain Management, and Industrial Systems Technology as part of their high school graduation credits.

Through an academic foundation, paired with career-informed courses and work-based learning experiences, graduates of the CITI High School will be prepared to enter the workforce with solid credentials upon graduating from high school, or continue their education.
