Nash Community College recently held an orientation and leadership session to welcome its Student Ambassadors for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Students are selected for the program based on application, letters of recommendation and an interview. They must be enrolled at Nash Community College as a full-time student, maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.0, and demonstrate a commitment to academic and career success.

Ambassadors complete service hours representing NCC on and off-campus. They assist with campus events, campus tours and promote the college.

“We are excited to welcome this group of ambassadors to represent NCC Nighthawks on campus and in the community,” Denise Beamer, Coordinator of Donor and Alumni Relations said. “The 2020-2021 Student Ambassadors bring a variety of experiences, great energy and impressive skill sets to help lead and support NCC initiatives.”
