PrintFriendlyEmail
The Nash Community College Foundation has announced a new scholarship that will help students living in South Rocky Mount to pursue higher education.

Robin Owens Latham, English Professor and NCC alumna, established the Latham South Rocky Mount Scholarship as a tribute to the neighborhood where she grew up and her family members who live there. Funds will be awarded to two students annually – one living in Nash County and one living in Edgecombe County – who are enrolled in a degree program, with plans to enter the workforce or to transfer to a university upon graduation.
