NCC Celebrates Arbor Day in Nashville

Nash Community College recently partnered with the Town of Nashville to plant pear trees in the orchard at Nashville Elementary School. The trees were planted in celebration of Arbor Day, which is November 9 in the Town of Nashville. Elementary students learned about the way trees breathe and drink through their roots and about the new bluebird house that was installed in the orchard.
