Science Faculty Present at State Conference

Nash Community College Natural Sciences faculty Reggie Cobb and Nahel Awadallah recently presented best practices in online education at the annual North Carolina Community College Association of Distance Learning (NC3ADL) conference. Cobb and Awadallah presented strategies for video recording for online classes, exam proctoring, hands-on lab activities for students to conduct at home, creating a collaborative online environment and assessment strategies.

NC3ADL helps foster the distance learning community that promotes networking, sharing of best practices, and communication of distance learning issues across the North Carolina Community College System.
