The Institute at NCC prepares students for advanced manufacturing careers available in eastern North Carolina during a seven-week program including the following courses: Introduction to Manufacturing, Math for Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Problem Solving, Working Smart and OSHA 10-Hour.

Applicants must have an industry-recognized Career Readiness Certificate (Bronze level), which can be earned through the community college.
