The Nash Community College Foundation is pleased to announce the establishment of the Sally E. Leonetti Unsung Hero Scholarship. Established by her family, the scholarship serves as a tribute to the memory of Mrs. Leonetti who passed away in 2020 after losing her battle with cancer. The scholarship honors Mrs. Leonetti’s ability to see the good in every person and her unwavering desire to help those in need in a quiet and unassuming manner. She never drew attention to her admirable deeds. Mrs. Leonetti’s family wishes to award a recipient demonstrating the same qualities and showing potential in the Electric Line Technology program.

The Nash Community College Foundation, Inc. was established in 1983 to increase community awareness, raise funds for the student scholarship program, and to help meet the needs of Nash Community College.
