Zaxby’s Establishes Employee and Dependents Scholarship at NCC

A new Zaxby’s “Zolarship” has been established at Nash Community College by Zax NC, LLC. The scholarship funds will support current Zaxby’s employees or dependents of current Zaxby’s employees enrolled at NCC as full-time or part-time students in curriculum or continuing education programs.

The scholarship is renewable for a student enrolled in a two-year curriculum program of study for a total of two years. The award will be given to the student recipient upon registration for fall and spring semesters in equal increments and may be need-based or merit-based with a minimum 2.5-grade point average requirement. In the case that a student is enrolled in a one-semester, continuing education certificate class, the award will be disbursed for that semester only.

Students may apply for this and all NCC Foundation scholarships by completing one general application. Visit www.nashcc.edu/scholarships and click on “NCC Foundation Scholarship Application.” For more information about the NCC Foundation, please contact Pam Ballew, Vice President of Advancement, at 252-451-8329.
